So, I think Joe Rogan is cool; sometimes he says some stuff that I think comes from a place of confirmation bias, but most of the time he makes decent, logical sense. I like him and I like a lot of the stuff he talks about. More than anything, the thing I like about him most is he really cares about his friends, or makes it seem that way. I was watching a video with him and Eddie Bravo talking about Chester Bennington and Chris Cornell and Eddie was trying to speculate on conspiracies surrounding their death. Joe didn't want to talk about it.
You could see in his face and hear in his voice that he was viscerally bothered even by the subject, let alone speculating on it, knowing full well that Chester could have just killed himself. Joe showed that he was being incredibly respectful to a friend and, even more so, he showed how much he cares about his friends in general in the way he handled it with Eddie Bravo, who he is also GREAT friends with. Joe didn't want to explode at Eddie, despite the fact that Eddie was really bothering him by trying to talk about it. He just somberly kept firmly attempting to stop talking about and have Eddie stop until they could leave it alone. Joe's a good friend.
