Cliven Bundy was offered bail, but refused. He is being unlawfully held, is NOT GUILTY of any crime, and should receive free dental care from a privately contracted dentist, immediately.
He owns his land free and clear, and has the right to graze cattle on lands unlawfully claimed by US Department of Interior and BLM. His land ownership and grazing rights documents are lawfully recorded in Clark County, and BLM has refused to honor his land ownership and grazing rights.
Cliven Bundy should file an Information Subpoena to be served upon both BLM and CLark County, to force them to submit to the Federal Court all certified land sale/transfer and cattle grazing contracts on record in Clark County, for the disputed lands and their usage. Clark County allowed BLM to record documents making fraudulent claims of land ownership and cattle grazing rights.
Without valid land ownership and cattle grazing rights, the BLM officials are private citizens, who by force of arms and misrepresentation to the Federal Court, illegally threatened Cliven Bundy, his family, and supporters.
Therefore, Federal Judge Navarro should dismiss all charges, release Cliven Bundy, and order BLM and CLark County to pay him for damages caused to him and to each and every Defendant, from their filing false charges.
