To my somewhat surprise, images of deployment instructions for operators in Baltimore in 2015 have been posted online. Someone claims to have found them in his allegedly otherwise boring as hell brother's stuff over the holidays.

All opinions welcome in comments, I'm inclined to believe this is real. Who would fake this? If it is a government agency who faked it, why else would they fake it than as a limited hangout to delegitimize future leaks that may or may not be imminent?
The checkups I did about 'friends of democracy', george soros, and donnelly are all pretty well public information. And strange, potentially brazen, in your face, illuminati muckery.
What I cannot find? Accounts of or from anyone arrested during the baltimore riots. It appears to me the 'curfew' issue with 'reverse 911' calls, is the only issue the local press even considered discussing and despite the fact that baltimore police pretty much are afraid to go to baltimore, and there is open hostility between the residents and police, the actual people who were on the front line of the conflict have been effectively silenced.
I would be willing to investigate and get the stories of anyone who was actually there at the protest and/or arrested there to see if any of these tactics could be corroborated by people with records of being there.

The power holders are most afraid of 60's and ferguson style protests and so they are spending a whole lot of money on 'operators' to bork up any attempt at street action.
Without the potential of street action, they can deal with us all individually and we might as well be in prison cells of our own making.
Heck, Trump could imprison congress and the supreme court justices he is told not to like, declare martial law, and then go door to door slapping everyone in the face with his genitals.
If everybody just stays in their homes and waits their turn, that may very well be what they get.
It is almost like someone should put a right to assembly in a constitution someplace....

I would appreciate it if someone would post this to reddit, I have sworn off contributing over there but if anyone else maintains an account DESPITE THE FACT THAT REDDIT IS FULL OF EXACTLY WHAT THE BALTIMORE PAPERS ALLEGE TO CONFIRM, then I think it would help get the word out and expand the debate.
