You can't think of anything to write. The mind is bogged down with all of the things you should have done and have not. You let this stop you. You let your mind pull you into a direction that is not within your self-interest.
Self-sabotage. You almost hit a tree today. You can see yourself close to the life that you want. All you have to do is not screw it up.
What happens when the words start to disappear from your mind? You start a ramble.
Damnit. You wish you could give more, but this is the best you can do for the night. Your brain is refusing to work the way you wish it would work. Of course, you have been drinking alcohol, which slows down and muddles the brain's function.
Did you hear that? Someone wants to talk about sex. They said it was unbelievable. You wish you could have that type of sex right at this very moment.
Where do we go from here?
This is a ramble. Nothing special in these words - this is something you constantly replay in your mind. You don't really know how others will react. You want to tell them something really nasty to keep their attention from wandering away from you.
How about something shocking? No. Hard to please crowd.
What would you like to hear about? ...
You can dance. A dance with the devil and the angel is what you like to have as your story. A fight to the death. There will be no hero who will conqueror either side by the time this is over.
Where was the correct place to begin? This will have no end. It will go on and on and on and on until you must stop for the night.
Get unstuck brain. Let the words tell a story people want to hear. Get out of your own way. How? Stop fighting the way.
Is this a help to you? Maybe this isn't your best work, but look at all the words that came out. You made the choice to un-limit yourself.
A ramble has to be posted. You have to. This restriction has kept you from the use of one important verb ending, but you don't do excuses here. You keep up the good fight. You have to. It is the only way to get out. (Do you see that? You were able to use -ing on a noun's ending more than several times. [Go you!])
