Here is the entry I finished for We Draw The Letter Contest of @ran.koree

Steps

1.) Just doodling until a sudden inspiration came even before I get lazy.

The brown figure is the doodle I was referring to. A generic H shaped form. Then figure two the red one came quickly which looks like a shoe. I didn't dispose figure one yet. Then got excited to try figure three, at this point I am sure I will create a shoe in brown.
2.) I didn't want to scrap figure one yet and I thought I should play with it first.

Before I knew it this elegant furry thing came about. A few more tweaking and adding details it now looks beautiful. A complete turn around and without second thoughts I ditched the shoe idea.

That is the story of my letter H entry. Hope you like it.
