@mr-neil always makes me smile when he writes and this freewrite was no exception. His conversation with his conscience that he gave a name to of all things, had me smiling from start to finish, and he used the prompt in a very clever way. Be sure to check out his fun freewrite.

It reminded me of losing my loved ones in recent years and it brought back memories of how hard it was to let go sometimes. And it is not easy to fill in the shoes of those who left, sometimes the shoes can never be filled. One can only remember and cherish the memories that once was.

First up @tobetada with his ode to an addiction:

This is an addiction I no longer have, after many many years of looking forward to my next dessert as I look forward to a big (Ha!) payout on steem now. I wish him luck with it whichever way it goes.

Then @myjob gave us a whole lot of info about black tea, and not a single word about fish in this one:

It's colorfully anecdotal as many of her posts seem to be, and I love knowing her cool-as-a-cucumber remedy for hot flashes. All gone now, in many more ways than one.

I always marvel at @improv's ability to free associate and here is a freewrite about how that is accomplished. Or is it? These freewrites usually stuff my heart with butter and this one made me get up and slather some on a piece of toast. Inspiring!

I try to read as many of the contributors' work as possible. For this week's recommendation, the first is from @sarez
This one is from the exercise #We-write #14. The continuation was a surprise for me. I clearly didn't expect it. Because of that, I liked reading it.

It seems I'm all for different for this week. This was a bit mind-boggling till it got to the end. Fun read, I'd say. Definitely not to be missed from @felt.buzz

I loved reading this freewrite from @wonderwop. I didn't know it gets flooded in Italy as well. I have this notion that it's one of those perfect places that's always bright and sunny.

Not gonna tell ya how tedious and bassackward my methods have been for finding a "Favorites" nomination in Steemit vs the other sites where I don't have the key to upvote (and most other readers may not), but I didn't even think to ask anyone if there's a shortcut. Someone else raised the question at Discord:

I can log in to steempeak but when I try to leave a comment or upvote it asks for my keychain password, anyone know what that is and where to find it?

How to slip seamlessly from steempeak to steemit:

When someone shares a link here to a Steem post with any other URL - /steempeak.com, esteem, busy.org/....whatever, you can just replace the "steampeak.com" or "busy.org" with "steemit.com and the URL will work just fine, on the site you are accustomed to using.
