Here I am with the preparation of a juice, which is yummy for our tongue and super yummy for our physique!!
And... This is my own preparation, as I always keep trying the combination of different types of fruits, leaves and vegetables for making fresh juices...
Ingredients used. (serves 2).
One small cucumber.
One lemon. (If the lemon is big, then half will do)
10 or 12 dates (fresh and ripe ones).
4 or 5 cardamoms.
Few Pudina (Mint) leaves..(8 or 10 leaves)
Procedure :
Peel and slice cucumber.
Remove seeds from Dates.
Remove the outer skin of cardamoms.
Take Pudina(Mint)leaves from its stem.
Now add these things, except Lemon into mixie jar and one cup of water to make a smooth paste.
Pour this mixture into a vessel, squeeze the lemon juice into this, add enough water and stir well. (You can add a little Sugar only if you need, because this juice has the natural sweetness of dates)
Now sieve, and serve chilled. (you can add even ice cubes).
Mmmmmm.... Cheers! Have it....Isn't it Yummy...?
With the above mentioned ingredients, we can make 2 glasses of fresh juice.
(But here, the pulp too contains good amount of nutrients. We can use it for our plants, along with used tea leaves, as a good manure!!.)
And... Yes... It is so yummy for our tongue and is very good for health. All these five ingredients are very good for stomach...
