So let's reveal the result of the guessing picture.

Pineapple Tarts / Rolls

You can click on the image link and it will see my instagram picture there.

Those tarts / rolls were all baked by me, guided by my mom of course. It was fun as we had to modify the recipe a little to make sure that it works just right for those who doesn't like the tarts too crumble.

Those were actually this year's Chinese New Year tart / roll orders; and I am really glad that I managed to pull it off. So for Kuala Lumpur Knights if you want to order, you can let me know, or perhaps, who knows, when we have a meet up I might bring samples along.
