Have you just finished playing IBT9 and wondering what happens next?
First, relax and receive prizes...
- Soon you will see Steem appearing in your wallet. Any stage you won on the first attack you will share a portion of that posts Steem and myself and @doughtaker will be working hard to transfer it to you shortly.
- You will start receiving upvotes from @wizardzap.
- If you won against the gobbo at Stage 6, you will also be granted an additional prize - A share of Steem from a secret Steem stash!
- In addition you may have attacked the evil boss at the end, and ended with a really large score. If it's large enough you might win large Steem prizes or receive Silver from @O07, this will be summarized in a Winners post to come shortly.

IBT is for you! a chance to have fun and make Steem...a reward you all deserve for supporting our shared great platform - Steemit. This is the most important objective of IBT and on this basis Steemians like @mattclarke and others sponsor of this competition. If we are failing in this objective...then IBT will disappear.
Each new IBT has bug fixes and improvements. Some months allot can be done to add game play, others it's about fixing bugs or tweaking game play.
Here is a list of my current thoughts on improvements for IBT10
Bug fixes
Stats - There are some stats numbers which have rounding issues and the bot struggles to track once it hits the boss round. I intent to fix this!
Elite items attacks - There is a bug that once you get some elite items the attack calculator goes a bit funny. It's not consistent (making the bug difficult to find and fix)...but I commit to getting this fixed by the next IBT.
Elite item Stage tracking - There is a bug where under a certain circumstance the bot loses where a player with elite items is at...I will get this fixed.
Too many clocks - I'm not sure why, but allot of clocks were coming up as the pickpocket item. To give some background there are 1000's of lines of code and so many variations (70+ at last count). Each variation needs to be checked for bugs. I believe if something goes wrong with a pickpocket the bot will default to '0' which happens to be the clock. I will work on this and try to repair it. Unfortunately due the introduction of elite items I had to change the way the pickpocket code works, the way the result is tracked and added to elite items has become more complex.
NEW FEATURES
While the above list doesn't sound like allot, it actually is
...still we must push IBT forward and improve, so I'm going to try and introduce a new '!magicwheel' command. The intent is to help balance the game, so if your a low performing IBT player, i.e your luck is just soo bad when you run the stats command you might see you have a badluck type command unlocked; you will have a chance to run a command to help you. As per IBT commands, there will be a chance you will lose even more life, but it will be more likely you will gain a temp boost item or consumable to help get you back in the race.
Do you have ideas for our future IBT ideas list? often I can't implement exactly what people want - but your ideas are appreciated and taken into account for future IBT's.
