The contest prizes always are 40% for the winner and 10% for the honorable mention.
Sometimes there are other surprise rewards as well.
Note that @friendlymoose is already running a similar contest info service, I suppose there are other too, so as the competition rises, probably the quality of that info with rise as well :D :P Good luck with your initiative!
