I am happy to announce the results of DBREAD Poems of Hope contest. The contest ran on two platforms, Whaleshares and Steemit, and I am amazed at how many talented people took part in it overall.
I've been thinking about how such a subjective matter as poetry can be rewarded. It feels unnatural to me to range winners in any way, and it's not very appropriate to limit myself with 3 places if I find more good pieces. So, I have decided to give first place rewards to five poets. We are building Whaleshares Writer’s Space community and I want to support as many talented people as I can.
