Smoked Soup with Lentils

Ingredients:
- 200 g smoked products (chicken, brisket, ribs);
- 200 grams of lentils;
- ½ carrot;
- ½ onion;
- 1 tablespoon butter.
Cooking
Put lentils and smoked meats into the pan (if using ribs, separate the flesh from the bone), cover with water, send to the fire.
Chop the onion and fry it in the pan. After it turns red, add grated carrots to it and continue to fry.
When the lentils are ready, add the contents of the frying pan to the pan and boil for a couple more minutes.
