Human beings are full of temptations. After all human beings are human beings. And in fact, gold and cash acts as a bait to these politicians and officials who are fond of bribe in any way. They just need something to avoid the itching on their hands. But the stink lies not only in the prevalence of the lure of gold, but in the hypocrisy that accompanies it.
In other words Corruption is one of the deadly, undesirable and wicked sins that has been imposed on the innocent man by some hungry looking people. just like one of the evil characters like Raavan in the human mythology Ramayana, there are plenty of greed addicts that are prevalent in the society which are pushing humanity into a medieval sort of decadence.
If, as we maintain, systemic corruption has extensive social and economic
costs, why is it a recurrent phenomenon? In many countries, we have witnessed
long periods of systemic corruption followed by `clean-ups' that are in turn
followed by other periods of corruption.
The question will be that how we can break the cycle of corruption.
I think that fighting corruption starts with the individual. Global attitudes towards corruption have changed dramatically. Where once bribery, corruption and illicit financial flows were often considered part of the cost of doing business, today corruption is widely – and rightly – understood as criminal and corrosive.
At last I have to say that corruption can be break by some techniques like counter culture,publishing audits, individual liabilities and local reforms
