Engrave - Dblog.org - Blogging On Hive With Your Own Domain Name

One of the dApps that was on Steem and is now on Hive is called Engrave (@engrave), and you can find them on Dblog.org, and login with Hivesigner.

This dApp is one that I have used before, and I have a dblog.org subdomain where I have posted content and even made a guide on how to use it which you can find here, flaxz.dblog.org

The really great thing about this is that you are able to blog on your own domain, or a free subdomain, if you want your own topdomain you buy that yourself and set the DNS according to their instructions.

This solution is especially attractive if you don't already have your own Wordpress blog, in which case you can use a plugin to get them on Hive, but with this it's very easy to just set up and you don't have to be an admin half the time, the blockchain is literally your database, so it's set and go.

I have for quite some time been wanting to set up my own domain too and not just the subdomain, and I have even bought it, time and circumstance kind of got in the way, but now that Hive has launched I think it's a great time to get this project on the go.

The reason I am not posting this in Engrave is because the Engrave dashboard says to wait, so I am making this post in PeakD.

I am very active in the CTPtalk tribe, and it will take quite a while before Hive-engine is online so now I have something to work on here too, because I will continue posting to CTPtalk, it's about affiliate marketing and online business, and so is the domain I will set up on Engrave.
