Greetings friends of this great community, today I will share with you an online communication experience; this is my first video conference with the ZOOM app.
Aplicando las herramientas tecnológicas que sirven de comunicación sincrónica, el ente para el cual laboro decidió darnos las orientaciones para iniciar nuestras actividades a través de una videoconferencia, esto para resguardar la integridad y la salud de sus trabajadores y evitar contagio con el mortal virus COVID-19.
Applying the technological tools that serve as synchronous communication, the entity for which I work decided to give us the guidelines to start our activities through a videoconference, this to protect the integrity and health of its workers and avoid contagion with the deadly virus COVID- 19.
Lo cierto es que la herramienta que uso es Zoom, esta es una es muy útil para realizar videoconferencia, donde puedes enviar mensajes a través del chat y también escuchar al mismo tiempo. Para mi es la primera vez que la utilizó, y me causo mucha interrupción y se me iba mucho el audio, no sé si era por el internet que esta intermitente estos últimos días.
The truth is that the tool I use is Zoom, this is one that is very useful for videoconferencing, where you can send messages through chat and also listen at the same time. For me it is the first time I used it, and it caused me a lot of interruption and the audio was going a lot, I don't know if it was because of the internet that is intermittent these last days.
A pesar de este inconveniente técnico, se logró el objetivo, que era recibir las orientaciones para comenzar a laborar tomando en cuenta las medidas de bioseguridad. En mi caso instale zoom por playstore utilizando mi teléfono RedmiGo, que me ha servido de gran ayuda en estos tiempos que todo es a distancia.
Despite this technical inconvenience, the objective was achieved, which was to receive the guidelines to start working, taking into account the biosafety measures. In my case, I installed zoom by playstore using my RedmiGo phone, which has been a great help in these times that everything is remotely.
Considero que es muy importante conocer este tipo de herramientas que nos pueden ayudar a comunicarnos con las demás personas sin necesidad de su presencia, ya que por ser online favorece este tipo de reuniones a distancia; y así evitar contagio alguno.
I consider that it is very important to know this type of tools that can help us communicate with other people without the need for their presence, since being online favors this type of remote meeting; and thus avoid any contagion.
Aquí puedes crear una sala con varios usuraios conectados, el mismo te generará un dirección ID y una clave que necesitas para poder ingresar. Esto solo lo puede suministrar quien crea la sala de videoconferencia
Here you can create a room with several users connected, it will generate an ID address and a password that you need to enter. This can only be provided by whoever creates the video conference room
