[Eng-Spa] The night of this last Sunday begins - Comienza la noche de este último Domingo

It begins on the night of this last Sunday of the month of November of the year 2020, a year that I will surely remember as a rather complicated one that continually provided surprises, unfortunately, many of these surprises were not pleasant. In two days the last month of the year begins according to the Gregorian calendar with which we are governed in the country where I live, so we are very close to the nativity celebrations, although in normal conditions it should already consider that we are at Christmas.

I'm a little nostalgic, but I try to keep hope that there is a possibility that things will improve, it is that crazy hope that helps us to continue and try to create solutions, ways to move forward and to a large extent, share our point of sight, both as a catharsis of negative emotions, as an exorcise of the demons of fear and at the same time as an exercise in suggestion for positive thoughts that help keep the situation standing.

I see the night begin and I can't really say that it is very different from yesterday, but the fact of giving it personal meaning, as a way of making sense of it, that helps me feel better and think 'There is little left'. I would be referring to the end of the year, but also to a certain extent to the crazy situation that we have at hand, it is like a kind of self-suggestion to convince me that all this mess that the pandemic has brought us is already in its final stage.

Está comienza la noche de este último Domingo del mes de Noviembre del año 2020, un año que de seguro recordaré como uno bastante complicado y que brindó continuamente sorpresas, por desgracia, muchas de estas sorpresas no fueron agradables. Ya en dos días comienza el último mes del año según el calendario gregoriano con el que nos regimos en el país en donde vivo, así que estamos muy cerca de las celebraciones de natividad, aunque en condiciones normales ya debería considerar que estamos en navidades.

Estoy un poco nostálgico, pero trato de mantener la esperanza de que existe la posibilidad de que las cosas mejoren, es esa esperanza loca la que nos ayuda a seguir y tratar de crear soluciones, maneras de seguir adelante y en buena medida, compartir nuestro punto de vista, tanto por catarsis de las emociones negativas, como exorcismo de los demonios de miedo y al mismo tiempo como ejercicio de sugestión para los pensamientos positivos que ayudan a mantener la situación en pie.

Veo comenzar la noche y en realidad no puedo decir que sea muy distinta a la de ayer, pero el hecho de darle significado personal, como una manera de darle sentido, eso me ayuda a sentirme mejor y pensar 'Falta poco'. Me estaría refiriendo al final del año, pero también en cierta medida a la situación loca que tenemos entre manos, es como una especie de auto-sugestión para convencerme de que todo este lío que nos ha traído la pandemia está ya en su etapa final.
