Ingredients

Step 1

Today I am cooking chicken roll. For that I will cook the chicken first. First I will take the chicken then I will boil the chicken. Then I will make minced meat. Then I will put oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, I will add onion paste, garlic paste and raw chilli paste.

Then I will add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and spices. Then when it turns red, I will give the cooked chicken mince. Then I will leave it for a while then when it is fried. I have already made a by mixing flour and water. I will give that mixture in chicken.

Then put it in the oven for a while and wait until the chicken is cooked nicely. Then when the chicken is cooked I will put it down on the stove to cool.

Then take a bowl and put flour in it. Then I will add salt in the flour and I will add an egg then I will mix it with water. I will make the mixture very thin.

Step 5

Then put the pan in the oven. When the pan is hot, I will brush the oil evenly. Then with a spoon, take the flour mixture in a pan and shape it into a round loaf. Then I will make it all by mixing like this. I will save a little mixture later.

Step 6

Then after making the loaves I took a loaf of bread then I took a little from the meat I cooked. Then I put it in the middle of the bread and I folded the bread and made it as a chef. After making one like this, I took it all in the same way.

Step 7

Step 8

Then I burned the hairless. Then I put the pan on the stove and then I put more oil because they have to be fried in a red kiln. Then I waited until the oil is hot. I will fry everything like this.

Final step
