안녕하세요. @u robotics 입니다. ㅇ_ㅇ 2일전 그러니깐 9일날부터 헬스를 시작했습니다. 처음에는 몸을 만들어야지. 하다가. 나중에는 미스터 코리아라도 나가볼까 하다가. 오늘은 1톤을 목표한다. 로 잡았습니다. 전 사실 한 번도 1톤을 들어본 적이 없어요. ㅇ_ㅇ;;; 사실 300 정도 들어본 게 전부입니다. 그것도 모든 종목도 아니고 딱 한 분야입니다.
