La verdad que es un tema bastante interesante y crítico en el que podemos abordarlo desde muchas perspectivas y esto lo hace aún más interesante. Pero yo, luego de reflexionar un buen rato, decidí hacer un ejercicio de autoconocimiento para hablarles sobre este tema y me parece que es muy interesante porque lo voy a compartir con ustedes. Lo que hice fue comenzar a pensar si yo soy más talento o más disciplina. Para poder saber a ciencia cierta si soy más una cosa que otra, tomé una iniciativa muy interesante. Lo que hice fue preguntarle a una inteligencia artificial que me desarrollara un test con 30 preguntas para yo saber si soy más talento o más disciplina. A continuación les voy a compartir el test y las respuestas que yo le he dado a cada una de ellas, y al final vamos a ver si soy más talento o más disciplina , (¿que creen ustedes?). También al final les voy a decir de qué manera me sugirió la inteligencia artificial el poder calificar para saber si soy más talento o más disciplina, para que de esta forma, si ustedes quieren, pueden realizar también el test y ver cual es su inclinacion. Espero que me lo compartan al final de esta publicación y que se entretengan, sobre todo porque de verdad me parece que esto es una idea muy interesante. --- Comenzamos con las preguntas y las respuestas: 1 Cuando aprendes algo nuevo que te emociona más: a) La sensación de fluir sin esfuerzo. b) El proceso de dominarlo paso a paso.

_{Realmente en mi caso la respuesta es "a", porque esa sensación de fluir y de dejarme llevar es parte de mi manera de ser, es parte de lo que es realmente Manclar: la improvisación, el no pensar o tener planificadas las cosas es algo muy de mí.} 2 Si tuvieras un día libre, preferirías: a) Improvisar y dejar que la inspiración te guíe. b) Seguir un plan con actividades definidas.

Preferiría realmente improvisar y dejar que la inspiración o la vida me guíe, que la vida misma me dé señales de qué es lo que tengo que hacer.} 3. ¿Cómo reaccionas ante un error? a) Lo veo como una oportunidad para crear algo nuevo. b) Analizo qué falló y practico hasta corregirlo.

_{Generalmente debo decir que yo me inclino por la respuesta "b". Suelo ser alguien muy reflexivo y analizo todas las consecuencias que tuvo ese error y trato de mejorarlo. O sea que realmente me iría por la respuesta "b".} 4. En un proyecto, ¿qué frase te representa? a) "Eso salió mejor de lo que imaginaba". b) "Cumplí cada etapa como lo planeé".

_{Yo soy más de la respuesta "b", porque me enfoco en seguir esa idea aunque haya sido improvisada. Entonces me enfoco más en ir a esa respuesta, aunque puede parecer bastante conflictivo en alguien que es empírico y improvisado como yo.} 5. ¿Qué te motiva más? a) La emoción de descubrir habilidades que ni sabías que tenías. b) Ver progreso constante gracias a la rutina. _{Interesante esta pregunta. Yo creo que me iría más por ver progreso constante gracias a mi rutina, porque el ver que voy avanzando me va a ir motivando cada vez más. Así que sería obviamente la respuesta "b".} 6. ¿Cómo eliges tus metas? a) Surgen de momentos de inspiración repentina. b) Las divides en pequeños pasos alcanzables. _{Creo que soy más de la respuesta "a", porque esta inspiración que yo siento cuando hago una publicación o cuando me dedico a cualquier cosa es lo que me mueve. Soy una persona que soy muy versátil y que suele adaptarse a los desafíos, a los retos, a lo que se me plantea.} 13. ¿Qué disfrutas más de aprender algo? a) Esos momentos de eureka donde todo cobra sentido. b) La satisfacción de ver mejorar cada día a día. _{Aquí es un balance entre las dos cosas, pero pues como debo dar una respuesta, sería la satisfacción de ver cómo voy mejorando día a día, porque me da esa sensación de que voy creciendo, de que estoy haciendo algo importante.} 14. ¿Qué prefieres: un taller libre o un curso con estructura? a) Taller libre sin reglas. b) Curso estructurado con objetivos claros. _{Pues la verdad prefiero un curso estructurado donde yo tenga todas las notas claras, donde sepa cuáles son los objetivos, cuáles son los módulos y qué es lo que voy a aprender. Esto me permite mejor planificar mi vida.} 15. ¿Qué te frustra más? a) Seguir reglas que limitan tu creatividad. b) Trabajar sin un plan definido. La verdad que a eso que me pongan reglas y que tenga un límite verdad para yo poder desarrollarme, la verdad que me frustra bastante. Suelo interpretar esto como un desafío, pero pues no les niego de que verdad me siento limitado, me siento como acorralado, como un animal enjaulado. 16. ¿Qué dice tu agenda? a) Espacios en blanco para lo inesperado. b) Horarios detallados hasta para el café. _{Bueno, primero que nada no llevo una agenda porque no soy persona que le guste planificar las cosas. Soy un improvisador nato. Entonces pues me representa realmente.} 27. ¿Qué te gusta más de la comunidad en empowertalent? a) La libertad para explorar sin juicios. b) Los retos que te ayudan a mantener el rumbo. _{Pues definitivamente la respuesta es "a": esa libertad de poder expresarme, de poder hacer los contenidos bajo mis reglas, bajo mis principios, bajo mis ideas, sin tener que seguir un parámetro. Aunque ustedes ya saben cuál es mi recelo con el Power Talent, de estos temas de autoayuda, pero sin embargo, sí me gusta esta libertad que siempre nos ofrece Angélica para poder crear.} 28. ¿Qué te define mejor? a) Soy un explorador de posibilidades. b) Soy un arquitecto de resultados. _{Yo digo que soy más un arquitecto de resultados. Sería la respuesta "b", definitivamente.} 29. ¿Qué harías si te aburres de tu talento? a) Buscarías algo nuevo que despierte tu curiosidad. b) Revisarías tu rutina para reinvertir la pasión. _{Definitivamente la respuesta es "a". Buscaría algo nuevo que me interese, como ha pasado, como pasó con el pixel art, que estaba pues aburrido de crear historias, de crear relatos, de crear este tipo de contenido, y me enfoqué en desarrollar la habilidad del pixel art, que fue algo nuevo y que me mostró pues un universo y un nuevo mundo muy diferente.} 30. ¿Con qué frase cerrarías tu biografía? a) "Viví siguiendo la magia del momento". b) "Construí mi éxito ladrillo a ladrillo". _{Yo creo que sería definitivamente la "b", porque me he esforzado en los últimos veinticinco años en poder mejorar mi calidad de vida y poder seguir adelante. Ahora les voy a decir aquí cómo se realizaron estas calificaciones, de cómo se pueden calificar este test. **Por cada respuesta que sea "a", que es talento, se asigna un punto, y un punto por cada respuesta "b", que es disciplina.** **Al final, el resultado va a resultar la tendencia dominante.** **Si sacamos de 15 a 30 puntos en talento, pues entonces obviamente somos un faro de creatividad.** **Si sacamos de 15 a 30 puntos en disciplina, pues nuestro foco es en la constancia.** **Si tenemos un empate, pues entonces tenemos la habilidad de ser balanceados: mezclamos inspiración y esfuerzo.** ---

En mi caso, los resultados han sido estos:
18 respuestas en b, lo que deja claro que soy mas de disciplina =D
12 respuestas en a, así que digamos que estoy mas o menos balanceado.
