Friends, Happy Sunday everyone.
Today's weather is quite nice and cool. A good presence of sun is being noticed since morning. A winter morning is exactly as it should be. However, a little less traffic congestion is noticed on the roads, due to the political hortal issue. However, since the environment is good, it can also be adapted.
In fact, yesterday there was a big rally of the two main political parties of our country, Due to which political tension and an instability is still observed today. However, due to the strike, we can say that there is almost no traffic pressure, but some panic is being noticed among people. However, due to the cold environment of winter, it may be somewhat bearable.
Since today is Sunday, Hive Learns is the day to share something creative. And I never want to miss this day. So today I am going to share with you one of my favorite recipes. It is probably a favorite item of many like me. Because it has the joint taste of hilsa fish and arum lobe, so there is no need to say much about it.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Hilsa fish
- Arum lobe
- Onions
- Raw chilies
- Garlic
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- salt
- Ginger garlic paste
- Oil.
Preparation phase-
First, I put a pan on the stove and heat oil, then lightly fry garlic and onion along with raw chillies.
Then add all the spices including ginger garlic paste and add light water to grind it.
When the spices are ground, I put hilsa fish in them and mix with the spices and grind it again.
Then put the cleaned Arum lobes, mix with the spices and cover with a lid.
I removed the lid and added light water again, then cooked it for some more time and took it down for serving.
Arum lobe recipe with hilsa fish ready to serve. Most people in our country like to eat Arum lobe with hilsa fish. My recipe today also tasted great.
