I am having a real bad time getting verified at Cryptopay, I can't get to my money until I get verified but something is stopping the process from happening, well that's how it feels,
I have spent hours talking to the chat on there to find a way around it. I have had to apply for a new driving license photo card as I only had the old paper one, I don't drive anymore so didn't think I would need one, I don't have a passport as it is now out of date so needed some I.D. We tried everything to get around it, using my Blue badge card as it has a photo and its given out by the government but that didn't work. I have sent bills and bank statements.
I have sent away for the driving license photo card, waited a good 2 weeks for them to send all my papers back saying they need more information so sending my marriage license off too, that's another week I will have to wait before I can use my Crypto card.
I know what they are doing is right as they have to make sure its you, I really should have applied for a driving license photo card years ago but never got round to it. Now I wish I had.
My letter is being re-sent tomorrow, hopefully I get it back for next week then I can use my card and stop worrying about it.
Make sure you have verification before starting the process, make sure what you have is up to date, don't be daft like me
