It's likely due to a few exchanges halting bitcoin purchases in lieu of the uncertainty surrounding August 1st and the changes that'll take place.
Qtum is up over 20% in the past 24 hours, becoming the clear winner in the top 20. There are no real losers today, with everything slightly up a few percentage points. LTC is seeing a decent uptick in volume today, so perhaps people are using it to move money around or expecting to stay safe there. The TaiFu index looks to be strongly trending upward, but that could definitely change quickly tomorrow morning.
