I see huge increase in scam coins and many shady anonymous developer activities,
so when I first saw ZestCoin I was surprised and happy to see that team is revealed
with names and images. They are based in Zug, Switzerland.
What is Zest?
Zest is is a decentralized, peer-to-peer transactional currency forked from Dash/Pivx coin,
with low energy consumption and Proof-of-Stake mining algorithm
that can be mined on any computer without any special hardware.

But Zest is going one step further and offering Dedicated Masternode pools
with real world application and use case with Accelerated Athletic pool,
Rapid Relief Pool, Prosperity Pool, Scholars Pool and Club Zest.
Here I see big potential for growth and rise of Zest Coin,
but I need to be realistic and say, for this to happen
Zest needs to stay fully transparent, and to build large community
that can vote on proposals and suggestions.
Imagine ZestCoin used for Building Sport Facilities, Sponsoring Sport Teams and Athletes,
payment of Spring Break vacation, Relief in case of Disasters or many other projects.
Potential is Huge !

Zest team is very active in all areas from design to developement,
and I have to say that new Zest wallet is one of best wallets I saw in crypto world so far.
More important is that wallet works perfectly, and team sent beta version
to users for testing and finding of potential bugs before release of full version.
Verdict:
I would like see Zest work and improve few things,
like adding more information and links for team members,
more activity on Github,
adding Zest on sites like CoinMarketCap and https://coinlib.io/
more exchanges with higher volume and
regular update reports for community once per month.
In general all the big updates are planned for Q3 and Q4 in 2018,
with real testing and beginning of Voting Initiatives and Sponsorships.
I like many things offered in this projects, so
I will follow Zest and take part in future testing.
