France and Germany work together on rules for cryptocurrency bitcoin. The two countries want to present their proposal at the G20 summit in Argentina in March.
That is what Bruno Le Maire, the French finance minister and Peter Altmaier, his outgoing German colleague, decided today, reports Reuters news agency .
"We have a responsibility to our citizens to explain and limit the risks", says Altmaier at a joint press conference in Paris.
