Is it real? Is it a parody account? Does HBO know about this?
Any way you go about it, it's one of the most brilliant follows on Crypto Twitter. @piedpipercoin appeared on the scene after Sunday Night's episode of Silicon Valley and has taken crypto twitter by storm.
Whoever is running this account has a pretty masterful knowledge of both the television show and the Crypto community. They have tweeted out, not only to the Winklevoss twins as seen above, but have tweeted at Justin Sun regarding making an announcement of an announcement, Poked @rogerkver about BCash, and sent a tweet at John McAfee asking why he had not shilled their coin yet after they sent him 100k PPC. Not to be left out, they also asked @satoshilite to help them pinpoint the top so they could sell at the right time, and elicited the help of @heyrhett to help them fork into the octocoins. Like I said, whoever runs the account is well in tune with crypto twitter.
Along the way they have made many brilliant references to the TV show, with the latest tweet from "Gilfoyle" sharing Dinesh's private key. And yes, it is the private key... to an empty wallet.
But the fun does not stop on twitter. Pied Piper Coin has a functional website, complete with roadmap and team profiles. Everything you would expect from a new shitcoin. Visit Pied Piper for all the fun that is to be had there.

Last, but surely not least, this afternoon they posted their official Coin Announcement over at Bitcointalk.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3660872.new#new
As you can see, the current circulating supply is 1.35 million out of a total supply of 10 million Pied Piper Coins. While no pool has been announced for mining yet, I expect that to come along any day now.
This really is a very fun way for fans of the show to interact with it. With all of the prep and material provided, I have to assume that whoever is running these accounts is at least loosely tied to the show, and it is a tremendous way to market to crypto enthusiasts.
Head over to twitter and give @piedpipercoin a follow now. You have nothing to lose, and a ton of laughs to gain!
