Amazon is one of the biggest internet revolutionary disruptors to come out of the dot.com bubble. Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are CURRENTLY doing the same in the banking industry. What's interesting about the disruption is that education and understating never keeps pace with the adoption of these revolutionary disruptors... Just goes to show that geeks can come up with awesome solutions and innovations to combat problems, but without steady support and comprehensive education, these things simply bubble.
Imagine giving a current day iPhone to the people in the video as a replacement for their cellphone (if they have one), computer, calendar, etc.
It seems that everyday people can't keep up with Technology anymore... it takes generations of people and adaptation to progress.
While watching the video below I was imagining a video from today's time being made about Bitcoin that would be watched in the 2030s+ years and those viewers, maybe even myself, having the same thoughts about cryptocurrencies...
