Winklevoss IP, the company owned by Gemini, has been awarded with a patent enabling to settle exchange traded products (ETPs) holding cryptocurrencies !
ETPs, which include exchange-traded-funds or ETF, are a type of security whose prices derive from other investment instruments they are tied to, in this case cryptocurrencies.
The patent can be seen as Winklevoss brothers' continuing efforts to push forward the trading of cryptocurrency-related exchange-traded-funds.
