It seems that having a transaction be subject to an 'if/then; scenario; meaning if A then B happens becomes a condition for the exchange to occur has up to now difficult to impossible for trading to occur between individuals without some 3rd party individual performing the role of a broker or banker that confirms the conditions have been met. And this NEX protocol allows for this to happen between any 2 coins based upon the codes of these 2 platforms?
