In the case of BitConnet, it's up to their developers to solve the problem and for all of us that use it, we hope they can address this problem in a timely manner.

As new cryptocurrency millionaires are being created everyday, where their funds are being stored are increasingly becoming high value targets.

It's not just the exchanges suffering these attacks but as we have seen just in the last week many of the wallets have been breached as well.

Just another reason to be vigilante, safeguard your funds and leave as little (or nothing) on an exchange and store your funds with a reputable cold storage wallet (like Trezor or Ledger).
