After plunging from $13000 to $10000, bitcoin along with other alt coins created a deep fear among investors. People started questioning if we are finally in a bubble.
For example, the top voted post on /r/CryptoCurrency subreddit was the phone number for national suicide prevention lifeline. The top voted comment was "This sub has gone from mania -> depression in record time" 
But this might well be just a correction, and remember your life is more valuable than money, so don't look at your portfolio for a few days, cheers and as always HODL!!
