So whats been going on at C-cex?
My once favorite exchange has fallen from mis-hap to disaster. C-cex opened it's doors to traders in late 2013, by 2014 they where a fast growing exchange. Over the years they tended to focus on the smaller coins and tokens. A lot of them turned out to be scams, this I believe is due the the BTC voting system to list a coin or token asset.
Essentially anybody with enough BTC funds can "vote" their way on to the exchange. That being said C-cex has also included some real projects and coins, with real communities.
The scam coins over the years didn't help their reputation however I personally traded the more legit projects like Darkcoin (Dash), Doge, Uno, Burst, Nxt, Eth and so on. My overall experience with the platform was great. Like anything technical in life, problems surfaced over the years....
Here is a List:
Feb 24 2014
Large problems with darkcoin (Dash). There still are some people out there talking about this after all years.

May 2017 Problems with Bitcoin wallets. At this point the block chain was struggling due to the 1MB block limit so a lot of complaints from users about slowing transactions, high fees, and such was out of C-cex control.

Feb 20th 2018 Ccex admits loss of all XVG Balances. To their credit they did come up with a refund process... which was working until now, as they stooped their Buy Back in the short term.

Sept 20 2018 Uno wallets removed without compensation. Ccex points to a wallet fee in 2016.... odd.

Now there are other issues coming around the corner as well....
The Linda wallet is out of date and probably on the wrong chain. There was a mandatory update this summer to Linda V3. Burst, Xtrabytes, GRC, BTC and other withdraws do not work at the moment.
Going forward.... It's hard to say what will happen, in the past they have pulled through issues and I hope they do as they have a couple small coins and projects that I like. For example the Mix block chain: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkvRVEWnTPWWYJQqPbYwyiw .
How can we support Ccex? Well number one don't flood the support with useless support tickets. One ticket is all you need. They will reply, sending 10 tickets does not make an extra light blink some where for them...

I have removed a part of my balance from the exchange, but personally I will continue to trade on the exchange in a small amount. Why? Well some smaller projects I like are only listed there and the fees from trading are the only way they can pull them selves out of this predicament.
If you want to remove some money don't use BTC as it is Out of Sync 46 Days.
Coins that I personally tested included BBP, NXT, ETC and Dash.
Check the wallet status first, and then the fees. Use a mirco transaction first. Once cleared send your full amount.
Now on the flip side I have done deposits of LTC and Doge and they worked.... why? well unfortunately it is possible to profit from people dumping altcoins to transfer out using BTC (which doesn't work). So I have deposited some funds to pick up some cheap coins. I understand the risks involved so I am cautious.
Please feel free to add to the talk below! Which coins are working for you? What are your thoughts?
Thanks!
