Amazon surprised everyone in the cryptocurrency space with the purchase of 3 web domains related to digital currency. Out of the three domains there was one that definitely stood out to me which was amazonethereum.com. This particular domain tells me something big is going to happen to Ethereum and that it is time to jump on the Ethereum train before it leaves again!
Keep in mind The company already has amazonbitcoin.com, but that registration took place in 2013—the address now automatically forwards to Amazon’s main site, whereas the more recently-registered domains don’t serve up anything yet. BTC had that huge run up at the end of 2013 and quickly died and continued into a long bearish market that lasted a year and a half. If things go well we may have both domains working side by side in 2018.
