For some days the cryptocurrency markets went wild and new limits are trespassed each day and new records high are found at almost any step.
Thus, it is common to ask ourselves if the cryptocurrency market is in a bubble ready to break at any moment. It is good to ask this in order not to be on the wrong part
of the barricade. So, let's first start answering what is a bubble.
A bubble means that an asset’s (cryptocurrency) price exceeds its intrinsic value. While it is common for the new technologies to go through such a process before becoming mainstream,
we need to be prepared when that happens in order not to loose money or any investment in cryptos.
Currently we just bet on the blockchain concept in the future, we cannot measure its value and just speculate on, which drives the price very high. Of course we don't take into
consideration the time for the technology to grow up and be used in practice, but we are mostly driven by emotions and don't want to loose the change to be there and take a share
from the pie.
My opinion is that the cryptocurrency market didn't reach a bubble, but maybe some of the multiple bubbles that are normal in the market evolution. There is still a lot room to grow
and after a quick climb it is common things to go back a little bit and than grow again. While it is sure is that even if there is a step back, there will be two steps forwards.
My advise would be to invest at any point in the cryptos as for sure the growth will not stop anywhere in the future. Of course, you can earn more when buying low and selling high,
but nevertheless even if you buy high the price will still move higher in the end, but only that you'll need to be more patient.
Of course, each of us, depending of the goal set in mind we can act one way or the other. Only that I think that the time to act is now good at any other later moment.
Speculators can wait for market to get one step back, but investors can invest now or wait the same. Anyhow, the future is bright and is not in any way near to its potential! cryptorg
