Getting a fair share in the Effect.AI Token Sale.
Effect.AI is committed to conducting a fair and transparent Public Token Sale where everyone gets an equal opportunity to purchase EFX tokens. In order to achieve this, the Token Sale will feature two stages:
Stage 1 — Fair Share Distribution
Upon logging in to Stage 1 of the Token Sale, you will be greeted by a 24 hour countdown timer. This indicates the remaining time period where your fair share is reserved exclusively for you. This means Stage 1 of the Token Sale is not first come, first serve. You have the full 24 hours to purchase your fair share of EFX tokens. After the first stage, the FSD cap is lifted and the Token Sale enters its second stage.
Your personal Fair Share for this stage will be 1200 euro or 1480 dollar. A conversion calculator will be available during the Token Sale to calculate the amount of EFX tokens you will receive.
Please note: you are allowed to participate in both stages. You can first purchase the tokens reserved for you in Stage 1 and then participate again in Stage 2.
Stage 2–25,000 euro personal cap
When the countdown timer reaches zero, Stage 2 of the Token Sale will commence. In the second stage, the lower FSD cap is lifted and you will be able to fill the full 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) euro maximum cap. Unlike in Stage 1, EFX tokens in Stage 2 are sold on a first come, first serve basis. It is wise, therefore, to not wait too long if you wish to increase your contribution after the first stage.
The 10% bonus will apply at the start of this stage.
Why are we doing this?
Effect.AI’s main objective is to build a decentralized platform that will stimulate AI development and the creation of various AI services. The platform will be more democratic, accessible and easy to use than what is currently available. Making sure the Token Sale leads to a fair distribution of EFX tokens will prove instrumental in realizing these goals.
