Zero-sum game is a non-cooperative game, where two players take part and have opposite prizes. State systems are basically dictatorial with prohibitions and regulations in the foundations of such systems. This is an effective strategy that helped maintain balance for millennia. But the balance can be violated. History shows us that there is always a time when the generation must face up to the “challenge of time”. If the generation responds to this challenge — the form continues to exist, in opposite case the form disappears. All those who control the existing “rules of the game” are trying to protect the system, believing that this will benefit them. But nothing lasts forever and any system has a deadline. Without changing the system, the danger will appear for everyone. Centralization or monopoly is one of the “challenges” of the current world. The longer this goes on, the worse general situation looks… Decentralization is the response on the “challenge of time” that can restore balance. And the system will try to fight this response, especially when we are dealing with the economy. Banks and other centralized systems expressed concern after blockchain appears, because they realized that they are no longer needed with their role of mediation on tricky conditions. Someone was laughing or was trying not pay attention or just was waiting, but now many people got know about the blockchain. The banks were not ready for this and currently those, who realized that the system cann’t be defeated, are trying to lead it.
