How I ended up with no curration rewards after a week

I have been running an upvoting server now for a week and a day and I thought I would get some curation rewards. Here are my thoughts now how this failed.

Here is the correct code for the upvoting function:

My upvoting account has 96 SP and voted with 10% in the first days and later I changed it to 33% some days ago. I looked at SteemBlockExplorer , SteemD , SteemNow and all confirmed that the upvotes were correct and they can still be found in the blockchain.

So what went wrong ?!

Short answer is that I still do not know but my conclusion is that upvotes with less than your current voting power are invalid unless you got more than 500 SP. Also automatically voting after 30, 16 or 8 minutes might not bring you any curations although I am sure I am wrong with that.

Conclusions

Spare your time in programming and maintaining an Upvoter server as there are already services like SteemAuto around which are more reliable than running your own upvote server and by the end of the week you might even get something.

I guess my dream or idea of running a server at home has ended. There are countless other services around which do a better job.

Zusammenfassung

Seit etwas mehr als einer Woche hab ich jetzt schon einen Upvoteserver rennen und wie sich herausgestellt hat, hats der trotz korrekter Upvotes geschafft keine Curationrewards hereinzubringen. Somit hat er lediglich etwas die Wohnung erwärmt, bei den durchschnittlich 47 °C , die er beim folgen der Steemblockchain abstrahlt. Schätze mal, ich werd den Server jetzt abmontieren und auf Services wie z.B. SteemAuto zurückgreifen.
