I think 2018 will be the year for consolidation in the number of coins/projects currently on the market. There are honestly less than 100 projects in hard development, with good teams, good communications, and a solid pipeline. These are criteria that projects need to have if they're to generate any real equity in the eyes of competent investors, wall street, and the media. That being said, the projects that don't should be dumped as the cryptospace sheds its useless, vestigial projects and grows to new heights.
