For days I've been looking for an interesting project to invest on...Finally i have it!

- 1 All ok, but what is the sense and the utility of the token?
"The modum token (MOD) is a profit share token with voting and profit participation rights." This obviously brings the token some value already. Basically: An amount of surplus profits will be distributed as ETH to your ETH address. So if the company distributes $300 million profits to the 30 million tokens, it'll sent $10 worth of ETH to each token address. Which means if you have 1000 tokens, you'll get $10,000 worth of ETH. Numbers are arbitrary but I can definitely see it happening with this company.
- 2 How the shipment costs can be reduce?
Modum.io is a startup that combines the IoT with blockchain by including a sensor device on the package that can regulate temperature, humidity, and shock, along with a smart contract that automatically checks, accepts, or rejects acceptance criteria for a product.
