I have come across a very nice little tool on https://www.worldcoinindex.com which allows you to view your entire crypto portfolio at a glance, without having to log into each of your different wallets to see what you have. The nice thing about it is that it is not just a static list, but rather includes live updates according the the current values of the currencies in question.
To use the tool, head to https://www.worldcoinindex.com, click on 'profile' on the menu bar, and register an account, or just log in using facebook or google+.
Once at the profile page, you can create a new profile at the top, and give it a name
Once your profile is created, you can use the 'add coin' button at the right to add the different coins which you have in each of your wallets or exchanges, along with the number of coins of each that you own.
Using some example values, this is what a profile page would look like.
At the top, you can see the total value of your portfolio and the 24h change.
You also see a list of your coins, the current price, and the total value of your holding of each coin, along with the 24h change.
