Overview:
Tombola is a blockchain project which is focusing to develop a lottery platform. The platform allows users to purchase the tickets using cryptocurrency. The project aims to decentralize the current gambling and lottery industry. TBL tokens will be used on this platform.
Existing Challenges:
The current lottery industry consists of many problems like there are many manipulations which happen while distributing the lottery prices. The true winners often face these manipulations and do not get the deserved winning profits. Moreover, only 50% of funds are distributed to the winner. The distribution of remaining funds is not explained to the users. This brings in lack of transparency in the system.
Solution:
Tombola is solving the above addressed problems by integrating blockchain into the lottery industry. The platform will provide transparency and security to the users. The immutable nature of blockchain technology does not allow anyone to change the data once stored. The platform will distribute the dividend to the coin holders on 25th of every month. Cons:
• The whitepaper does not consist of detailed information about the project.
• The roadmap is not drafted well which fails to deliver the detailed information about the events.
• There are many ICO projects who have entered the lottery and gambling industry which indicates that Tombola project has many competitors ahead of it.
