From what I can tell right now Bitcoin Core is under a lot of pressure now to implement Segwit2x on Bitcoin. I am also seeing a lot of rumors that lightning network will be coming sooner than expected. If this is the case then it would potentially explain why Charlie Lee has mentioned that Litecoin may drop in value by a lot. Now we learn he sold all of his Litecoin.
I think the lighting network is coming soon.
