Intro
Dock.io is a decentralized data Exchange protocol that lets people connect their profiles, reputation and experiences across the web with privacy and security. Practically this means it connects Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, Twitter, Upwork and all other social media. It is expected for this system to have a big impact on Human Resource. It disrupts the way recruiters recruit their candidates on background information.
A person’s profile and information lives on hundreds of apps which are all closed networks and centralized systems, which are run by private companies. These apps control data the way they want, while users and third companies are left with limited access.

Regarding the Security
The goal with our public sale was to create an inclusive process, while mitigating as much loss as possible to scammers. The longer a sale runs the more opportunity there is for scammers to take advantage of community members, and I’m incredibly proud of how well our team did with the help of an amazing security team, Sentry.
After thorough analysis we found our token sale was one of the largest targets for scammers in ICO history. We managed to limit community members losses to 0.7% when the industry average is 10%, which is an incredible achievement considering the amount of attacks we encountered.

Human recourse effects every business. The main goal of this project is that companies are able to analyse more efficient. Therefor they can hire a better candidate for the position. That will increase efficiency in the business and create a better and more profitable business.
