The adoption of Blockchain technology is increasing day by day in order to make financial world more transparent and reliable.
The blockchain is now more than just a financial technology, it has now been identified as the symbol of transparency dealing with the investment contracts, data sharing, Staked Rewards, Storage Lending and much more.
Despite of so many ecisting projects in the Crypto world there are still some new ideas that shows some nice future potential.
BLOCK66 is another project I have came up with today.
The Developers have come up with an effective idea in which blockchain technology will be used as a platform for Mortgage Lending.

It will be a full optional platform where Lenders and Borrowers can set their own requirement and find the perfect match based on their requirements.
Once the borrower and lender agrees to the terms. The lenders is supposed transfer the amount of money in Ethereum (ETH) to the smart contract which will be lended to borrower and once borrower start making repayment, it will be transferred to the Lenders.
This is the real innovation, how crypto market is emerging and growing day by day.
