GDAX is once again down as price of ETH is sky rocketing from 170 to 250$ in one day. The major blow was when is rose from 210$ to 250$ in just one hour creating enormous amount of buyers to join in.
I suggest you to use bitfinex which is the most stable exchange i have ever used.
