There is no secret the crypto world is getting bigger each day and this year was probably the biggest and we still starting...
Blockchain technology is creating a new big industry, we seeing new projects created everyday with big ambitions ideas and alot of funding backing it, with the explosion of the ICO's the blockchain technology will be developed in all the industry fields and in the next years we are gonna see what was the ones that will succeed.

"As cryptocurrency companies are growing, raising larger amounts of money at higher valuations, so are their hiring needs for finding top talent. The number of job listings on AngelList by cryptocurrency companies have nearly doubled in the last six months."

As we can see in the article we are seeing a big increase of jobs in this field, with alot of funding all the crypto startup wants to hire the best people so they can be the next Google or Amazon of the the new Blockchain Era.
Since we are still in the early stages finding the best people that is specialized in blockchain technology can be hard, there is alot of demand and low supply so the job offers are hard to turn off as the salary are bigger compared with the norm, alot of work can be done remotely and generally ICO's first workers get some share of tokens and can be big in the future.
We are not talking only tech people.... this industry is recruting alot of people from fields like marketing, public relations, finance, designers, etc...
