How I met Cryptogene
It was late December last year when I 1st heard of cryptogene via a telegram group called Digital portals club (DPC) i was an active participant on the BTC Ponzi website which had a telegram group were information was passed out, until it got shutdown by the developers and we lost all our funds, while waiting for new update from the team @scozky (Cryptobash) and @rexhafiz (Rex danvinci) introduced cryptogene to the group and a lot of us joined and that was when we say the light as the knowlodge about the crypto world, was borned in us they creating a learning community where African's can easily dive into the booming cryptocurrency ecosystem. it is a telegram community where people of different nationalities share very useful information about blockchain technology, It expanded to the next level by creating its First bitcoin exchange, now known as #Havene which makes use of Escrow in carrying out transactions to curb fraud and is still existing till date. The cryptogene project is poised to serve its members by giving them the capacity to be part of the emerging blockchain industry. They do this by providing members with relevant information to enable them make informed decisions about investment opportunities in the 'cryptospace'. They show members the way to build and integrate blockchain into their businesses and daily activities.
The core objectives of Cryptogene is to create awareness, education and create a blockchain based technology to bring Africa to the spotlight.
Cryptogene Road Map
I am commending the crytogene team on its keen observations specifically on the glaring gap in knowledge in the Africa societies. This gap arises from a number of factors such as education, socioeconomic factors, brain drain, etc. This gap is no doubt responsible for the persistent hardship among the populace in the continent, the reason a few people swim in the ocean of affluence while the majority wallow in hardship. This syndrome, is what cryptogene is set to cure utilizing the blockchain technology. Let us lift a leaf here from its whitepaper:
Crypto-learn will serve as a platform for bridging the gap between learned practitioners and amateurs in the blockchain technology and cryptocurrency as whole. This initiative therefore seeks to promote knowledge sharing based on the blockchain tech in order to bridge the wide gap in knowledge. Digest would enhance knowledge transfer/sharing, skills acquisition, and development through integration and and promotion of local content from the blockchain users.

The cryptogene mart is basically to help combat the challenge of on-line transactions in Africa with respect to technological/technical deficiencies. These challenges have rendered traditional banks almost incapacitated and ineffective. What a grievoius lag in an age of digital revolution! Of course these challenges constitute hurdles in the payment systems in developing nations and the biggest turn off is the banks seeming incapacity.in tackling the menace.
Here is where cyptogene blockmart comes in. The cryptogene-exchange or havene is to be a decentralized system for the exchange of cryptocurencies “and other digital assets” among crypto users, utilizing the cryptogene token as its base currency for internal market fee.
SPIEL(CRYPTOGENE-TALK)
The spiel or cryptogene-talk has an aim similar to cryptogene-learn in that it is concerned with the sharing of knowledge. Spiel is to be a social media for communication, a platform for news and social interacton/integration. This is hoped to be “an advanced phase of the present cryptogene telegram group”, a platform to be similar to bitcoin talk and nairaland, though tokenized. Of course such knowledge shared would invariably spur the growth of its users and by extension, the society and foster a better understanding of the blockchain technology generally.
SILK(CRYPTOGENE-BUILD)
Silk or cryptogene-builld initiative has its focus on small and medium scale businesses in Africa which, despite their vital role in driving economic growth, are saddled with numerous challenges especially in terms of finance.
To tackle this, the cryptogene would be allowing members to share their business ideas on their platform in order to get funded if approved. Such relief as is obvious, would potently impact on SMEs and by extension the society.

Cyptogen token
Cyptogene Token is the first of its kind. The token will exist on both the Ethereum blockchain and waves blockchain. The smart contracts will be run on the ethereum blockchain while the ICO will be carried out on wave blockchain.
