I can say that because I have been here since near the beginning and in that time I have seen people remorselessly attempt in many different ways to abuse the system whether it is spam, plagiarism or misappropriating work or images that is not theirs.
I have also seen people put posts up like yours in which they claim a shadowy group of others are being bullied and no names are supplied but inevitably when people are named they are users who have been warned over various things such as not sourcing images or downright plagiarism.
So that is what I say what I say
