Hi Spinvest and CTP communities. I wanted to produce a post today on why I am bullish on the CTP token and tribe, and keen to make it a priority for this @spinvest-leo account.
Common goals.
I think Spinvest and Clicktrackprofit have similar styles and community ethos. I have been watching CTP for a while now, without having actively engaged yet (until this post really.) and I think our communities are a good fit. The way I see it, both communities are entrepreneurial in nature, looking to build incomes and assets, and grind our way into something that could one day make a big difference to our lives financially. Hustlers, in a manner of speaking, looking for an angle and a way to get ahead, and support each other along the way. I also have a lot of respect for @jongolson, and the dedication he has to both CTP and STEEM in general.
What are we about?
The SPINVEST program is basically a tokenized investment club. Tokens are on LEODEX and SteemEngine and sell for 1 STEEMP each. Every STEEM raised is powered up - so the token is 100% backed by SP. Then we use the earnings from that SP (mainly from leasing out SP delegations) to buy other assets, (both on chain and off) adding to the value of the SPI token over time. It's a "get rich slowly" system, not going to moon overnight, but slow, steady compounding growth.
This account (@spinvest-leo) is a delegation program. We accept delegations of LEO tokens, and offer a fixed return (like mining) of 1 SPI per 900 LEO delegated, per week. LEO income from curation is sold until enough SPI is bought to pay the weekly rewards, and then everything else the account earns is powered up and adds to the asset base of the overall Spinvest program.
We also have a branch - creatively named @spinvest-neo - that is run by @underground and focuses on the Neoxian tribe with a similar delegation plan. Undy is absolutely killing it with that account, building up another growing branch of the Spinvest tree.
Putting stake to work.
Spinvest has been earning CTP tokens for a while, simply from using the tag, but has not really ever engaged with the tribe in a meaningful way. This @spinvest-leo account has a few hundred CTP, but the main @spinvest account is up close to 2000, just sitting there doing nothing. I plan on changing that. Many in CTP may have already started to notice regular up-votes from us over the last week or so. I have already white-listed a number of CTP content creators to receive regular support from this account. I have also started to hassle Mr Spinvest (the founder @silverstackeruk) to send all the CTP he has laying around over to this account, so I can put it to work.
Recently, we have moved from following curation trails to directly auto-voting accounts. Each account has been checked and I regularly review content and tag-usage to ensure our voting power continues to go to worthy accounts. I don't enter in to any discussion regarding requests for up-votes or white-listing, and do not favour SPI holders in any way. Good, consistent content producers, in the tribes this account is active in, will earn a place on our auto-vote list. I look at each tribe every day and refine our processes all the time.
Why CTP?
There is an overlap area between CTP and LEO that makes CTP a natural extension for us. The CTP token stands out from the many niche tribe tokens for me personally in that it has a real use case being built. This is a token with utility, and I find that to be one of the most important factors when making an investment in a tribe.
While LEO is still our number one focus, CTP is a great fit for us as well and I sincerely hope you all find our presence welcome here.

If you have not heard of @spinvest-leo before, what we do is accept delegations of LEO power, and pay a weekly passive return with SPI (spinvest) tokens. The return is calculated on 1 SPI per 900 LEO delegated per week. Any amount over 9 LEO can be delegated, for a weekly payout. The main @spinvest account transfers it's LEO earnings to us for now to assist the growth of this account. The asset base we are building here from surplus earnings above the mining payouts are added to the Spinvest asset base, increasing the value of the tokens you earn.
Thanks to everyone supporting this program, especially the delegators. Don't forget, when making a delegation, please DO NOT put the @ sign in, it leads to a plague of locusts to descend upon your house... (or at least the delegation doesn't work).
