I assert that even in its current limited state, it can be used to run a decentralized curation guild. People can share a list of accounts which will resteem great posts. Then you can copy and paste that list into your BARRACUDA app. Now when you run BARRACUDA it will upvote the posts which your trusted curators have resteemed. If anyone misbehaves, you can remove them from the comfort of your own mobile device. Boom. Decentralized curation guild.
