This is a weekly feature of some of the work @themesopotamians project has supported on Steem through the @doctorworm account.
@archisteem's 1001 Places to Remember project (in collaboration with @photocircle) has open voting for round 3 of their contest. These two accounts we support are collecting great architectural photography and place-focused stories from Steem users and not only rewarding them here but collecting them in a book.
In response to the deaths of Anthony Bourdain and Kate Spade, @elsiekjay wrote a post about depression. I was particularly struck by this description, which is very accurate to my experience:
To a depressed person, responding to one message requires about 45,530.769 Kilowatts of spiritual energy, 8 glasses of water and the genes of a thousand fattened bulls.

It was @lilixblack's birthday, and she shared with us what it was like to celebrate as a stage performer for the first time. Happy birthday Alicia!
@paintingangels shared new thoughts on a great old song, with an old photo to go with it, in Midnight Song.
@samidbarid brought us a guitar instrumental duo (dTube link) that I really liked and could even get dTube to play for once.
Good work folks, keep it up!
